We step in during the final months to fine-tune details, manage vendors, and create a seamless timeline so everything runs smoothly. From your rehearsal to the last dance, we’ll handle the logistics with care—allowing you and your loved ones to be fully present in the joy of the day.
How far in advance should I book a planner?
We recommend booking a planner as early as possible—ideally 12 to 24 months before your wedding for Full or Partial Planning, and about 6 months in advance for Wedding Day Coordination. The earlier we begin, the more smoothly we can guide you through each step, secure the best vendors, and make the process stress-free. That said, it’s never too late to reach out—we’re here to support you wherever you are in your planning journey.
